General Terms of Business

1.) Seminars

All listed prices are understood to exclude the applicable value-added tax as well as travel and accommodation expenses. They are valid until new prices are published. In consideration of the lengthy seminar preparations and the associated need for firm scheduling of our trainers, we ask that you take note of the following cancellation terms:

As of 4 weeks prior to the agreed seminar start, we will charge 25% of the seminar fee, as of 2 weeks, we will charge 50% and, in event of cancellation within 3 business days, we will charge 90% of the fee. The cancellation conditions of the respective institutes apply for the cooperation seminars.

2.) Company internal projects and processes

All listed prices are understood to exclude the applicable value-added tax as well as travel and accommodation expenses. The customer has the right to terminate the cooperation at any time. In this case, only the consulting days performed as well as the associated travel costs will be billed. Consulting dates agreed upon three weeks in advance are included with the consulting days performed.

3.) Coaching, mediation and psychotherapy units

All prices are understood to exclude the applicable value-added tax as well as travel and accommodation expenses. For cancellations within 3 business days prior to the agreed date, we will charge 25% of the agreed unit rate.

4.) Place of jurisdiction

(1) Disputes between the contract parties arising from this business transaction shall be decided exclusively by the competent court in Vienna.

(2) Exclusively Austrian law shall apply to this business transaction.

(3) Should individual sales, delivery or payment conditions be void or legally ineffective, this shall not affect the legal effectiveness of the remaining conditions.

(4) Mediation clause

a) In event of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to amicably resolve all problems arising from the implementation of this agreement through negotiations.

b) If the parties are not successful in overcoming their differences within 30 days after the request to begin negotiations, they shall initiate a mediation process.

c) The same applies if negotiations are not begun within 30 days after receipt of the request for negotiations.

d) In the selection of a mediator, our contract partner has a preferential right to select a mediator.

e) Any court proceedings already initiated shall remain dormant during a mediation process.
